2. Information handled by this website

This website is a React/Vite site with a small server-side inquiry endpoint. It does not provide user accounts, payment processing, comments, analytics, or tracking scripts.

• Technical request data: Hosting and server infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser type, and user agent to deliver the website, maintain security, and troubleshoot availability.
• Inquiry form data: The form asks for your name, email address, company (optional), project direction, and project description. When you submit the form, this data is sent to the website backend and delivered by email to the receiving mailbox used for Perri Engineering inquiries. An automatic confirmation is sent to the email address you entered; it does not repeat what you wrote.
• Email communication: If you send an inquiry, the message is handled by the website hosting infrastructure, the outgoing email provider, and the receiving mailbox used for Perri Engineering inquiries.

3. How information is used

Information from inquiries may be used to understand your request, respond to you, discuss possible work, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Technical request data may be used for website delivery, security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

4. Sharing and service providers

Personal information is not sold. The website, including its inquiry form, is hosted by Infomaniak (infomaniak.com), a Swiss provider based in Geneva, which also delivers the inquiry emails. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect legitimate rights and security.

7. Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If an inquiry leads to an engagement, the related communication is kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as needed to handle any follow-up or legal claims; invoices and other accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss law (Art. 958f CO). Technical logs, where present, are retained according to the hosting provider's operational needs.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You can use the public inquiry path to make a privacy request.

Visitors and service providers may be located in different countries. Email providers, hosting providers, and network infrastructure may process technical or communication data in locations determined by their own systems and terms.
